In this footage provided by the Ferndale Police Department, an auto-theft suspect is seen fleeing from Ferndale police in the early morning hours of June 6, 2008. The suspect fled at speeds up to 90 mph before crashing into the front of an oncoming bus. As a result of the impact, the suspect sustained multiple injuries including a several broken ribs, a broken hip and a punctured lung, but is expected to survive.
